Triumph: A Collective Celebration (10:00 am)
July is the month of daas Gallery! Celebrating a two year anniversary, daas Gallery presents a very special exhibition which opens with a reception on July 2nd. The exhibition is called Triumph and it showcases daas' own artists and team members. The exhibition will be on display through July 31st. The gallery is open Tuesdays to Saturdays from 10am to 3pm. Tutankhamun: Wonderful Things From The Pharaoh's Tomb Exhibit (10:00 am)
Tutankhamun: Wonderful Things from the Pharaoh's Tomb, at the Southwest Florida Museum of History is extended thru August 15th.
Visitors willexperience the spectacle, tradition, history, and religion of ancient Egypt as King Tut is resurrected and the 18th Dynasty comes to life in this astonishing exhibit presenting more than 100 faithfully reproduced replicas of original artifacts that will never be seen outside Egypt. An Adult or Family Audio Tour with comprehensive artifact guide are part of admission package.
Open Tuesday – Saturday from 10am-5pm and Sundays, noon to 5pm.
Adults are $12.50, Seniors, AAA, Discover IT! receive $1 discounts, Children/students 3 and up $8.
